What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential Moves: Residential moves can be deceiving because movers often feel that they can get enough friends together to help them, they can borrow someone's pick-up truck and they'll get boxes from the grocery store and they're ready to move. While all of those things can work together, oftentimes things fall through the cracks; all those friends are busy, the truck is way too small, and the grocery store just discarded all their boxes!
